Maureen Harrington started her career in market research working for Forrester Research. She excelled at working with clients, facilitating meetings, and working with analysts to execute advisory meetings for Fortune 500 executives. She spent 15 + years working in nonprofit development as a successful fundraiser for local and national non-profits working with C-level Executives and communities to meet common goals. She honed her skills on how to be a connector, a trusted advisor, and a problem-solver. Her background in non-profit development and fundraising prepared her well for a career pivot to talent acquisition. As a recruiter herself, she possesses the knowledge and experience to understand all aspects of the job search process, from resume to job offer. Maureen loves making a difference by matching employers and candidates every day to career opportunities.
