She spent 15 + years working in nonprofit development as a successful fundraiser for local and national non-profits working with C-level Executives and communities to meet common goals. Her background in non-profit development and fundraising prepared her well for a career pivot to talent acquisition, as I honed how to be a connector, a trusted advisor, and a problem-solver.
